This one (featuring our man!) was actually good, the song it is. Of course Magni brought it flawlessly and lifted it up a notch or two... and most of all....... no hey-hey-hey's nor ho-ho-ho's!!

yeah i have to agree. no hey hey ho hos. whatever. after two songs with those hey hos (SN and Toby's song), i was starting to think this was turning into an audition to join the seven dwarves.

Not sure WHICH new song that you are talking about, but I actually like both of them. I think I prefered the way Lukas sang it in the finale with that sarcastic tone, but it isn't bad. It kind of reminds me of the "lets all go to the beach and party and drink until our clothes fall off" 80's glam bands, but that is okay, because I loved that stuff!

Okay, I'll admit it. I own Monster Ballads. There. I've said it now.

I am with you I much prefered Lukas's original version.  But it seems Jason is making him change his style and I am not digging it!  I say leave Lukas alone and let him do his thing if you want to be successful.

He is much more now than 80's glam bands.

Well, I agree with Jason on the tight squealing thing that Lukas does. A little of that is okay, but too much gets kind of annoying. When he opens up and sings, he sounds great. I know he said that he has been doing that forever, but I don't hear it near as much on the Cleavage/Rise Electric stuff that I've heard than I did on the show.

I just prefer the obvious sarcasm of Be Yourself on the show. It's All Love is a nice song though. He sounds great there!
