I know how you feel Lee, it is an awful feeling. Knowing Magni is sad about this and all of the fans feeling so sad  .

OMG this is so disappointing for everyone ... both Magni and his fans... I don't think ther's any question, people have the right to be refunded. I don't know the law in USA but in Iceland they would be requered to refund the tickets ... althoug it says no refund on the tickets ...

Ok CAN we return tickets based on change of venue?Absolutely.... Why not?? My ticket only says SUpernova, and it says no refunds no exchanges. I don't think I can get my money back. Too bad I have excellent seats to see where Magni WOULD have been Hmmm.... I started to think about the "fineprint" issues afterwards. Its a very dirty thing to pull quite honestly. Here is an idea... Kind of "dirty" trick to try in reverse..... I assume you paid by credit card? You can call your bank and request a chargeback. Just tell them, the tickets were sold to you under a misrepresentation. Usually, when a bank does a chargeback on a credit card, its up to the merchant to prove why the charge is not INVALID, not the other way around. See what happens, but be good enough to return the tickets (if you already have them in hand) to the ticket selling agent by registered mail and keep proof of this. Do not return them until you have an account statemtent showing the charge was reversed and credited back to you. If you had NOT yet even picked up the tickets, so much the better. Just my thoughts.

It is so obvious that Supernova and their management (except for Jason) are threatened by you and the House Band. You guys are electrifying together, the ONLY reason I got hooked on RSSN. I am so sorry for your dissappointment and your fans who purchased tickets. So does SN think that Toby will bring in more sales? Trying not to be disrespectful, but that show is going to be so lame. You guys are WAY too good for that gig. Something bigger will come of this, don't you worry.

Something bigger will come of this, don't you worry.Yes..absolutely...I am sure that many promoters would have thought you guys unapproachable after the end of the show...especially when it was annouced that ALL OF YOU, would be touring together for 2 months! (I guess Jason of the Thirsty Toad in Ottawa thought otherwise though!!  ) Now, if the SN tour thing is NOT going to be the case, some savvy types will already be thinking of booking you in venues in up to 2,000 fan sizes (or more!!) I expect Magni's phone to be ringing quite a bit in the next few days. Not to worry!
