Sorry I´ve been so bloody silent - I´ve just been to busy enjoying life with my family for the last months -
We have been doing gigs - both in AMS and then me and Matti who is another singer - our shows are more about having fun with acoustic guitars then actually being musicians... hehe
The good news is that AMS are working on an album due later this year - next single is due soon - and I´m writing as well in english - maybe I´ll make an album as well - I might put some AMS songs in english there as well if I feel like it - never know
I actually remember that reporter - he was wasted - hehe
Magni! At last... The second half of your message makes me happy...very happy. I actually did start on my own English lyrics to two more AMS songs for my own amusement, but I am only halfway through...both of them have spoken word parts which are a bit tough and I'm a bit lazy. 
I look forward to catching the performance on the web on Saturday! BTW, the rubber duck, nice touch.

Always great to hear from you Magni!  And, BONUS, you tell us that new music is on the way....very cool!  I'd never be one to interfere with the creative process. But, if I may humbly put in a request...I would LOVE it if you would write and record a couple of completely rockin' tunes...you know, the kind that just blow the roof off of the studio. I can just imagine it now...me, driving down the street, blasting Magni's new super-rockin' tunes... my car stereo set on "stun"....the Colorado Springs police behind me, lights on...attempting to pull me over....maybe I'll stop, maybe I won't...ahhh...good times, good times!

| Magni so good to hear from you again!!! I like the sound of more songs in English. Hopefully I can catch you on Saturday. We are going to see Ceasar and Cleopatra on the big screen but I don't know the time. It's a special screening of the George Benard Shaw play that was taped at Straford, Ontario's Shakesphere Festival last summer with Christohper Plummer playing Ceasar.

OMG! It is so frickin' good to hear from you, Magni!!! And you bring us all good news! I am SOOOO happy to hear about the new music coming up!! I hope, I hope that you do release another album of your own, too - I've been waiting for one and how absolutely amazing would it be to have two albums in one year??  I don't think I'd know what to do with myself. I guess all good things come to those who wait, eh?
And I'm so happy for you that you've been enjoying your time with your family - that's awesome, man!!!

| Thanks, Magni, for the update! Just checking in to say hi to everyone...hope you are all well. So good to hear that Magni is working on some new songs in English. I'll keep an eye and ear out for the news! ...also, I liked the song for Eurovision. I'll try to watch, but I think Saturday may be a family day at the circus!

The link to watch the RUV broadcast of Eurovision qualifying live online tomorrow (Saturday) is http://dagskra.ruv.is/sjonvarpid/2009/01/31/ - then scroll to 'Söngvakeppni Sjónvarpsins' in the schedule and click the link which should go live when the show starts at 20:05 GMT (3:05PM Eastern, 12:05PM Pacific), or else hit the link to the show before that if early...should go into Söngvakeppni Sjónvarpsins when it starts. The show will end for 10 minutes at 20:45 and come back at 20:55 to announce the winner, so keep the stream on. Should also be online after it's over, will post a direct link then.
Magni is confirmed to be playing bass on the song. And if you are in Iceland, don't forget to vote for Roses! I listened to the other songs, one is an also not cheesy contemporary pop tune, but the other two are  , so hopefully Roses gets through.
