He blogged it yesterday...you know I'm happy that he's anywhere within a day on land from me.  I am definitely gonna go to the show on March 10, not sure about March 12 yet, gonna have to finesse that with the boss, promise a couple of weekends to her, some blood, etc...  Not sure if I'm flying (and whether I will do it direct to Toronto or fly to Buffalo - much cheaper! - and bus or hitch a ride the rest of the way) or busing it all the way yet. Anybody else going?

Oh, I so would love to go and see my friend Wendy, aka Scamp while there But I just checked and there is no direct flight to Toronto from Iceland until coming May I would have to go through New York or Boston. This place looks pretty good

This place looks pretty good
That is funny because it sounds like that's how Magni is getting to play these shows - Icelandair doing a promo for the kick-off of those flights in May. 
I talked to my boss and I can take off for both shows...yay!

| Wow that sounds so cool. You guys have a great time. I think it's wonderful that there will be direct flights to Iceland soon from here. There is a large Icelandic population here in Canada so this will be really take off really well lol. Kate aka Canadaformagni

Awww...well Hermosa Beach was across the continent for me... I've been to Toronto once before in 2002, it's a cool city, kinda like NYC except less BIG and crazy...and it's Canadian. I really liked "The Beaches" neighborhood there as well as the Toronto Islands although March is the wrong time of year to really enjoy either place. Never got to go up the CN Tower...guess I will do that this time! I'm trying to get a sense of layout at the place, guess I will have to call and find out. Also wondering if maybe we could possibly get a "magni-ficent"(/MySpace) table together close to the stage, not sure I can get them to do that! And I need a head count. (or if we even need to have a table...) I'm not very persuasive on the phone... Hopefully some more people will weigh in, I think Sims is up for it and I've already had three people on MySpace message me who are totally up for going to one or both shows.  Anyway, gonna book a flight Tuesday-ish and get the hotel taken care of soon after... I wonder if Magni's bringing any of his boys to play as well or if it will be just the man weaving his magic with his guitar. Having a hubby, daughtry and rent and food make it hard to do stuff for me lol. I hope alot of Toronto people come out. Maybe we should post it on Rockband?? I sure there are some Toronto Lukas fans that would love to go. It would be great to see a good turn out. I know a few Storm fans from Ontario too that I think would love to go see a Magni show. Should I post it there too? Didn't Ottaw Rock used to post here? I'm sure he would love to go if he knew about the show. Kate aka Canadaformagni

| It's looks like I may have a conflict with work, I should find out next week if I can go. A client wants me to give a presentation at a community relations meeting. So far I haven't been able to pawn that off on anyone. I would fly, but I guess if I'm going I'm driving. I still forgot to renew my passport, and you can just use a birth certificate if driving across the border. Got to get my act together. I think it's about a 5 or 6 hour drive for me, so I may have just done that anyway.
