Well... I'm already here for a while, but I don't use to post very often. I'm 26-years-old, female, from BRAZIL!

I believe I'm a little behind most of people here because I'm still single and I have no children... YET! :D

I'm completely obsessed about Magni (as everyone else here... I think) and I love this forum. It helped me to make new wonderful friends. I guess all Magni fans are great people. ;)

I also want to say that I'm a fan of the job that POP and BS are doing in the Magni Fan Site at myspace. I really appreciate your effort to share all that stuff with us. Now, I'm going crazy listening to the new song "Til þín". Oh... we are so luck to have Magni!!!!

Hola! Welcome to the Magniac hideout. Wow, Rock Star really got all over. :) I visited Argentina for 15 days in 2004, went all around Buenos Aires and then up in the Northwest part of the country (Salta and all around), BEST vacation I ever had. Buenos Aires is a very cool city and the Northwest had really gorgeous scenery and a lot of history. I almost went back last year, but couldn't work it out. I do want to go back sooner than later, and spend more time there. :)

(sigh)...don't worry....they don't seem to get me, either!!!, but the way I see it- more there loss than mine...the people here are nice, though--but must admit I don't get the whole southerner-vs-"yankee" thing?

But you are right, lots of others come and are well received....and let's not forget the Hurricanes...as I am quite proud of the way hockey has caught on here... it took a little while--but the Hurricane fan-base if amazing. So, I think Magni would be well received...besides, we are here...so, what more could he ask for??? And, yes...there have got to be some Magniacs lurking around this site that live somewhere in or near the Triangle... BTW...I am in Ch-Hill. There are lot of little intimate places for him to perform in Chapel Hill!!!:P He would definitely be well received here-but places probably not big enough!!

Awesome!!--Iceland in November...is that during T'giving? Only a few weeks to go! What about the concert? Are you going to stay if it happens? If I can get tickets, I will be there from Nov. 29-Dec. 4! If I can't get tickets for the concert, it looks like I will still be there during that time-as my plane ticket is non-refundable!!??..and so, I guess I will spend time exploring the beautiful countryside...solo! Yikes!!!!

He might melt??? I am still melting!!!...after all these years!!! The summers can be brutal here...but this last one wasn't as bad as the year before:rolleyes:

Alltell Pavillion is good, but I think Koka Booth Amphitheater is a much better venue for our "favorite icelander" to perform. Koka Booth is more intimate and has a kick-*** sound system! I want to see Magni up-close and personal-in all his glory:P But then, again, I would show up wherever he played in NC... wouldn't you?

Though I tend to think that the Triangle is best for him... as I am not sure how he would be received by NC??.. His AWESOME sense of humor would probably be misinterpreted.... I totally get it, but then again, I am originally from CA (the land of snarky, sarcastic wit) and my genetic makeup of French, Dutch, Span, and Afr. is sarcasm at its best...yep, a veritable mutt!!!!

Sixteen years??...WOW!..me, a little over 13 years... which is hard to believe!:w00t: I like it here- very pretty, clean, safe,etc.,...but when I got here-there wasn't a lot here.... it was just beginning to develop- it was nothing like it is now and though not quite the "big" city... much more do see and do. For example, a Monet exhibit???...13 years ago-who would have thought???

But... back to the subject of getting him to NC... consider me in- will gladly join in the effort to get him here! But first, want to find out about the Dec. 1st, birthday bash in Iceland?? are you going?
